Okay, I know Mickey Mouse's birthday is ACTUALLY November 18th, but on this day 70 years ago, in 1942, the cartoon "Mickey's Birthday Party" was released.
It was directed by Riley Thomson and Produced by Walt Disney. Animation was done by Marvin Woodward, J. Moore, Bernie Wolf, Kenneth Muse, Riley Thomson, and Les Clark. It's interesting to note that this short is in fact a remake of the 1931 Black & White Disney cartoon of a similar name (That version can be watched Here).
