Wow. It's very hard to believe that it has now been 10 years since my family's trip to Disneyland in 2002.
This was my second trip and I have so many memories from this trip. This trip sort of defined Disneyland for me because, to be completely honest, I don't remember much from my first trip in October 1997. I was just about 3 years old, and we were only there for about a day and I wouldn't take another trip to Disneyland until July 2010.
I thought I would take you on a look back at this special trip...
Here are the pictures from Day 1: Wednesday May 22nd 2002...
(Let's get the boring scenery pics outta the way first...)
(Amy, age 2, asleep)
(Dean, age 7, and Amy, getting a little crazy)
(Our cheauffer... Dad!)
(Dean and Woody)
(Aunt Heidi came along to help watch us young'uns)
(Heidi and Emily, age 5)
(The Golf Ball!)
(A park in Barstow)
(Ball Road... Gettin' close!!!)
(Disneyland Drive and Theme Park entrance!)
(Our Hotel)
(And our hotel room!)
We didn't go to Disneyland on the first day. We unpacked and swam in the hotel pool...
Well, some of us did...
Amy preferred to walk around the pool and me and Emily sat in the Jacuzzi.
Amy finally decided to get in with the rest of us...
Since there's a TON of old pictures, I'm going to just do one post for each day. Check back soon for Day 2! (First day at Disneyland!!!)

This is so fun to remember. Were you guys really that little????? You all were so cute...still are!!!
.....and mom wasn't in any of the pictures because I was the photographer!!!! ha ha.
That was fun. I loved when Amy was trying to feed the birds. She made friends with everyone too. When we ate at the tomorrowland terrace she was trying to get as close to the birds as possible and then started making friends with people at another table. It was cute. =]
